My only gripe is that I prefer the SOR2 Axel & Blaze sprite set to the SOR 3 ones used.
I also get vsync issues on my TV despite me telling it to sync, but that may be my fault.
Everyone who loves the SOR series should play this. Best game I’ve played this year, and that includes all the so-called ‘proper shop-bought’ ones.
Make sure you send Bomber Games a tenner for their troubles if you enjoy it.
Good news regarding the SOR2 sprite set – they are unlockable! In fact, the game has 19 playable characters/versions of characters:

All that useless junk you pick up when beating up bad guys is tallied when you make it to one of the many endings, and the points can be exchanged for unlockables in the shop.
There’s even an unlockable for “uncensored” SOR2 Blaze, so you can see her flashing her pants when jump-kicking, like the Japanese/UK versions of SOR2 had.
