Multiplayer is fun, but plagued by the fact I’m playing Japanese people who have been playing it nearly a month, so I’m fighting lag and experience.
Need to play through both single player stories. Decided to run through Madworld all the way last night first to refresh that story in my mind first.
Needed to make a Japanese XBL account to enter the Bayonetta code… Her strongest killer move has her led down in the missionary position when it’s charging up. Filth.
CURRENT OPINION:
Campaign plays very similar to Madworld in the way you unlock new stages and bosses to fight (by killing hoards of goons). Killing bosses in campaign adds them to your multiplayer roster. Quite fun, and like all Platinum games the storyline dialogue is cheesy as hell, and no less brilliant.
It also reminds me of Ken’s Rage in some parts. There’s a lot of exploding.
I might be tempted to import this. I’ll probably be going for the PS3 version though. I’m not paying Microsoft just to be able to play online.
I’ve had this on order for about two weeks.
Within that time, I ended up buying a PS3. Oh well.
