THIRTY NINE POUNDS AND NINETY NINE PENCE!!!
Nintendo’s trying to charge you extra money for the privilege of spending 17 hours downloading something you’ll never be able to hold, lend, sell or trade.
You’ll be paying more for a game that costs them absolutely nothing to manufacture, package or distribute.
Nintendo’s actual RRP for a physical, shop-bought copy is £34.99
It can be had for less than £30 from most online retailers
It’s kind of ironic that this game has a huge emphasis on gold coin collecting, isn’t it?

That’s the Nintendifference.
This is why the console download market sucks. The competition commission should investigate whether having closed online markets on those systems are fair or not.
On the PC we have a wealth of places to buy games from and because of that prices drop to stupid levels. Not-so on the consoles, have you checked out the PSN store recently? Like Fuck am I buying anything from there.
It’s almost as if Nintendo are actively price fixing, but they’d never do that, would they?
