Anarchy Reigns dated for January 8th 2013 in UK and Europe
on October 19th, 2012 at 5:38 pmSEGA have finally got a release date for the much delayed European launch of Anarchy Reigns.
The 8th of January 2013 has been pencilled in for a release, with the added bonus that it will come with just a £19.99 price point, (€29.99 for the rest of Europe).
The game was released in Japan in July earlier this year, but no date had been set for a European launch outside of ‘sometime in 2013′. SEGA’s current financial woes was cited as the most probable cause for the delay.

Wow!
£19.99 is actually a very clever decision by Sega.
Of course, this means that it’ll be sub £10 within a fortnight.
I’ll probably show my loyalty and get it at launch though.
As you know, Mentski got his copy on import and I’m confident he’ll tell you it’s worth full price, let alone £20.
20 quid? Done.
Now if you’ll excuse me I’ve just unlocked Christmas NiGHTS so I’m off to live in a happy fantasy world…for a while
Although I agree it’s a great price, it feels like Sega are sneaking it out at a low price in the hopes it’ll break even for them, just so they can fulfill their contractual obligation, and not lose even more money.
Or maybe they think it’ll have much more chance of being a success at that price point rather than competing with more established yearly cash-ins for the same price?
